BEN COHEN
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ben Cohen is the Managing Director at Future Information Management and has served in this role since July 2015. Ben’s previous experience in Records and Information Management was most recently with Recall, working as Head of Market Sales / State(s) and Government.  Prior to these appointments Ben has held senior Sales and Marketing Management positions across the Media, Retail and Pharmaceutical Industries working with News Corp, Daily Mail Group, and Private Equity Venture Groups across Asia Pacific and North America.  Ben has an MBA from RMIT University and undergraduate degrees from Deakin University in Commerce and Education (Secondary).

BEN FERRIER
Director, Products and Solutions

Ben Ferrier is the Director, Products and Solutions at Future Information Management, joining the business at its inception in July 2015. Ben’s previous experience in Records and Information Management was most recently with Recall, working within the Digital Services team. Prior to that, Ben worked in several sales and management roles within the Information Services and BPO sector, including with Decipha (a business of Australia Post) and Fuji Xerox. Ben has an MBA from Deakin University and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. Ben’s expertise in digital information management solutions and integration is built upon over 10 years of experience working with some of the largest and most complex ECM, Workflow and BPO solutions across multiple industries.

CILLA Bertoldi

Head of Client Solutions & Consulting

Cilla Bertoldi has 10 years of general management experience including pre-sales, operations, logistics, organisational transformation and human resource management. Cilla has 10 years in the BPO (Business Process Outsource) industry designing client solutions and leading transformation projects largely to the finance and government sectors. Renowned for her strong interpersonal skills and leadership, Cilla’s key strengths are complimented by an MBA, PMP (Project Management Professional) and 6 Sigma Green belt qualifications.

Nathan Schutt

Sales & Marketing Director

Nathan Schutt is the Sales and Marketing Director for Future Information Management and has served in this role since October 2015.  Prior to joining Future Information Management, Nathan worked on a startup battery technology business and remains a director. Nathan held senior sales and marketing roles at LinkedIn, LivingSocial, CareerOne/Monster and News Limited.  Nathan has extensive international experience across Asia and North America in startup environments.
