With our head office in Melbourne, Australia, Future Information Management has now expanded to include a software solution for culture analysis, Composure Compass.
At Future Information Management we believe that software needs to do more than serve up data, it needs to provide insights in real time to the people who need it, when they need it, on any device.

Ben’s career has spanned digital transformation, technology sales and leadership, business process design and re-engineering and outsourcing across a broad range of industries. Throughout that time, Ben has always had a keen interest in the relationship between technology & innovation and organisational culture. “I often liken it to the chicken and the egg; Can strong innovation improve culture? Or does the culture breed strong innovation?”.
Ben has an MBA from Deakin University and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the breadth of possibilities within digital workflow, customer centred application design and development and business intelligence & analytics.
Ben is also co-founder of Future Information Management and IQRS – Integrated Quality, Risk & Safety. IQRS was designed from the ground up to meet the needs of Healthcare organisations, from streamlining the Audit process, through supporting Improvements and helping healthcare organisations to managing and monitor Risk. IQRS is used by over 35,000 healthcare professionals across Australia.

Ben brings to Composure Compass a diverse background of Corporate and Entrepreneurial experience. Ben is the Managing Director at Future Information Management, co-founding the business with Ben Ferrier in July 2015.
Ben is also the co-founder of IQRS – Integrated Quality, Risk & Safety. IQRS was designed from the ground up to meet the needs of Healthcare organisations, from streamlining the Audit.
Ben is an experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Media, Healthcare, FinTech, , ECM and Audit, Risk, Governance and Quality industries. Skilled in M&A, Strategy, Start Up, Data and Analytics, Mobile and Cloud, Marketing and Communication. Strong professional MBA graduated from RMIT University, Undergraduate in Commerce, Education and Finance from Deakin and Monash Universities.
